Neighborhood's Hands is a non-profit based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and they're deeply invested in improving and enriching lives. Despite their community impact, I observed that their website hadn't been updated in over a year and that their social media presence was lacking.
I wanted to accomplish three goals:
1. Update their website and place a call-to-action on every page.
2. Start a monthly email newsletter.
3. Create an official Facebook and Instagram page for the organization.
After compiling all of their previous marketing collateral, I created a brand style guide and used that as a reference for the new website. I kept those same visual themes (colors, fonts, etc.) in their email newsletter, event flyers, and their social media pages.
In one year, I've grown their average monthly website traffic by 186% and their Facebook page reach by over 300%.
You can check out their website here.
This Facebook post was meant to promote a gospel concert that Neighborhood's Hands was hosting for the public. The graphic was created by me through Canva.
