Forte

01 — Goal

The goal was to have at least 500 completed teacher profiles on Forte.

02 — Project details

The mission of Forte is to be the #1 site for online music lessons and make music education more accessible. There was a need for teachers that would be eager to teach students on the platform.

03 — My Role

I helped Forte reach the goal of 500 teacher profiles by reviewing, editing, and approving profiles by following this procedure:

• Use HubSpot deals to organize profiles by instrument and teacher.

• Use HubSpot deal properties to assign different tags to teacher profiles based on completeness.

• Send automated and manual emails to teachers to let them know what actions they need to take.

• Create HubSpot tasks to know when to send reminder emails to teachers.
